A color corrector is always used after prepping and priming the face and is followed by a concealer that best matches your skin tone. Simply dot it over the areas you wish to cover, including dark circles, blend it well with your fingers, and then apply a layer of concealer on top. Set it with a loose powder and you’re good to go.
