• Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a fee of ₹59.
• Orders will be delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout, so please double-check your details before placing your order.
• Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 2 hoursof placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Charges Policy

COD and prepaid shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case an order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), the shipping charges will still be deducted and the remaining eligible amount will be issued as per the applicable policy.

 

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are usually shipped within 48–72 hours
• Delivery timelines may extend up to 7 days depending on your location
• Occasionally, delays can happen due to courier/logistics factors beyond our control

⚠️ While refunds are not applicable for delivery delays, in cases of exceptional delays, we’ll do our best to work toward a fair resolution, including a fresh reshipment.
