One of my fondest childhood memories is watching my mother apply makeup and getting glammed up every evening before my father came home from work. That’s when my love story with makeup began, and to this day, my mother and I bond over our shared passion for beauty products. 

My affinity for makeup led me to the cosmetic industry, where I helped build other beauty brands, including Nykaa and Sugar Cosmetics. But while I continued wearing makeup regularly, I was slowly becoming aware that most products included toxic ingredients—substances that were harmful to health and should not be used by anyone, including my mother, every single day. 

I had always wanted to create makeup from scratch, and since my core expertise was (and is) product formulation, this seemed to be the perfect time to launch a 100% clean, vegan, cruelty-free brand that was accessible to all. This was how House Of Makeup was born.

Since the beginning, my first customer has been my mother—everything we make is always tested by her. Our makeup follows rigorous quality standards and incorporates the best of ingredients, including active skincare components, so that it can safely be used, every day, by you and your loved ones.
