Cancellation Policy

Ordered by mistake? It happens!

  • Monetary refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations, subject to timelines and deductions.
  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once an order moves into processing, cancellation may not be possible.

Sale Orders Policy

  • Products purchased during the sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, incorrect product, or leakage claim. Recording guidelines will be attached inside the box.
  • No investigation or claim can be processed without a valid unboxing video.
  • Any order modifications (address, contact number, product changes, etc.) must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been booked and dispatched, no changes can be made.
  • Delivery will be completed within the courier partner's standard TAT. In case of delays, we can only arrange a reshipment if applicable.
  • A reshipment charge of ₹150 may apply, depending on the reason for the delay, failed delivery, or customer-related issues.
  • Orders marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect contact details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery will only be reshipped upon payment of additional shipping charges.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Our recommendations are based on virtual assessment and may slightly vary in person
    • Lighting, undertones, camera quality, and screen settings can affect how shades appear
    • While we’re always happy to guide you, we encourage customers to make the final selection based on their own judgment and preference.
