To process your request:
- Record an unboxing videofrom the moment the sealed package is opened
- Ensure the outer packaging is clearly visible and unopened at the start
- Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery

Replacement Process

Damaged Products? Here’s our process:
- First, send us a valid unboxing video (we will be unable to proceed without this)
- Please keep products ready for a reverse pickup—we may need to inspect them
- We will verify the product, and ship a replacement if unboxing video is valid and shows damage
- Please note that replacements may take up to 7 days from date of pickup
Missing Products? Here’s our process:
- We will escalate the matter to the Logistics team
- The investigation with Logistics may take 10–15 business days
- Once verified, the missing item will be shipped

How do I choose the right shade for my skin tone?

Should I use my concealer first or my skin tint/foundation?

You can layer it as per your preference. For a more even base, you can apply a color corrector first (if you have prominent pigmentation/under-eye circles), followed by a concealer, and then apply a thin layer of skin tint/foundation. This helps create a clean and even base and reduces overall redness or minor discoloration. For added coverage, you can apply another layer of concealer over your skin tint, as needed.

Do I need a corrector along with the concealer?

While our concealer offers medium to full coverage, if you have deep/prominent dark circles or pigmentation, we recommend using our light peach/peach/orange corrector to neutralize the pigmentation. If you need help selecting shades, do DM us at +91 8454097173.

Is this concealer good for oily skin?

Our concealer is tested across all skin types and should not cause any allergies or breakouts. But we recommend doing a test patch before first use in any case.

What is the shelf-life of this concealer?

The shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacturing.
